We suggest that you arrive 10 minutes earlier than Candle Making time, but no more than 15 minutes earlier than Candle Making time. If you are running 15 minutes or more behind please call us to reschedule. This is not a refundable ticket. Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may not be seated or may have to come back to pick up their candle. This is because our classes must start and end on time to respect our next scheduled booking.

What is your cancellation policy?

We require a minimum of 24 hours notice in writing via email in order for you to receive full store credit. We do not offer refunds. You can reschedule up to one time.

If you are consuming alcohol, you take full responsibility for you and your guest. La Bougie Wick and its staff and property owner will not be liable.

La Bougie Wick reserves the right to use photos and videos taken during classes, workshops, and other events used for publicity materials and social media. Registration in classes gives La Bougie Wick LLC permission to use those images without further consent or compensation.

Candle safety tips are provided in class. It is your and your guest's responsibility to take care of the candle (s) you make. Please follow candle safety tips to prevent any fire hazards. La Bougie Wick, its owner, employee, volunteers, and the property owner will not be responsible for any misused of candles or alcohol.
